Library

The NEST Library is home to roughly 60,000 volumes, 80 periodicals, and a unique holding of manuscripts, archives, and rare books. The majority of these texts are in English, while works in Arabic, Armenian, Syriac, and other languages can also be found. The subjects of Theology, Church History, Missiology, Philosophy, and History compose the backbone of the NEST Library, and support its aim to facilitate and nurture the study of the Protestant faith and heritage in the Middle East.

Announcement:

Finally, we are pleased to announce that NEST Library is implementing a new library system called WorldShare Management Services (WMS), which covers a wide range of tasks from migrating data, circulating materials, and transitioning users to WorldCat to efficiently access data on all items.
WMS is a useful new resource for the NEST community and other (external) users. The true path to adoption for any new technology is to build a connected community of enthusiastic users.
The library solution developed by OCLC is WorldShare Management Services (WMS), a platform in the cloud over the internet. WMS includes all library modules and is designed to handle both print and electronic collections, including (EBSCO) electronic resources. Libraries can manage all their workflows through a clear and easy-to-use interface that supports intuitive and user-friendly navigation. It is a platform designed to meet the changing needs of today’s libraries.
This cloud-based solution library system ensures the quality of services and supports the goals and mission of NEST Library. As we share our work, we need to invite our community members to access this system according to the guidelines we present to you.
We welcome you as a new member and look forward to your participation!
